Understandably, should any relevant circumstances change, it would be in your best interests, to inform North West Financial Services (Qld) Pty Ltd, to allow for the appropriate action to be taken. If North West Financial Services (Qld) Pty Ltd does not receive the new information, the recommendations may no longer be consistent with your objectives.

As a financial service provider, we have an obligation under the Anti Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Finance Act to verify your identity and the source of any funds. This means that we will ask you to present identification documents such as passports and driver’s licence. We will also retain copies of this information. We assure you that this information will be held securely in an Australian-based storage facility, as per the NWFS Privacy Policy.
